Wiley was born to Wiley Herman Sr. and Ruby Herman, September 11th 1939, in Gisela, AZ. He graduated from Chandler High School in 1957.
He leaves as his legacy 3 children: Todd Herman, Tamara Walker, and Wiley C.Herman III. His children will always remember him as a hardworking and diligent individual. Wiley was a farmer until he retired in 2005. He was passionate about mechanics and aviation.”
