Virginia Anderson

We are sad to announce the passing of Virginia Anderson of Gilbert, Arizona.  Virginia was born on 2/14/1937 and passed away at the age of 87 on 4/30/2024 at 9:58 PM.  Virginia passed surrounded by her loved ones after a battle with kidney cancer.  She will be greatly missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts. 

Virginia was preceded in death by her wonderful husband of 57 years, James Anderson Sr.  She is survived by three daughters, Darlene Whitten and husband Gary Whitten, Fern Wood, Debbie Anderson, and her son Jim Anderson Jr. and wife Lisa Anderson. Virginia had 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren that she loved dearly.

Virginia was a homemaker who loved to have her family near and always held her family in prayer during difficult times. She was a prayer warrior.

To honor Virginia’s memory, we are holding a Celebration of Life on 5/08/2024 at 10:00 AM at the Full Life Church in Chandler, Arizona.  We invite anyone who knew Virginia to attend and remember her wonderful life.  The burial service will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix following the church service.  A Viewing will be held on 5/08/2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Full Life Church in Chandler prior to the Celebration of Life service.
