On Monday, May 6, 2019, Todd Douglas Withers, son, bother, and friend, passed away suddenly at the age of 27 years. Todd will be forever remembered by his parents Doug and Juanita his brothers Tim(Mallory), Troy(Christina), grandparents Bart and Carol, niece Alexandra and nephews: Sterling, Samuel and Ezekiel and his best friend Amber Shirey and her son Kaiden. Todd’s sense of humor, love for family and loyalty to friends will never be forgotten.
