Shane Thomas Ahern was born on December 19

, 1988, to Sean and Lorrie Ahern in Scottsdale, Arizona. Shane was the fourth child out of five.

When Shane was little you would always find him wearing his tube socks with gray cowboys’ boots, even on Halloween when he dressed up as Batman one year! Shane grew up for a love of baseball, playing little league with his two older brothers, and then playing on his high school team. Then as an adult he was a baseball coach, which he loved.  Shane loved anything sports related and had all the sports knowledge to back everything thing up! He was a Yankee fan, just like his brothers and dad! He loved to cook and made the most delicious meals, a talent he got from his mom.

In March, Shane married the love of his life Eryn, she was lucky to eat all his yummy food nightly as he always had dinner made for her. Shane was the life of the party and was always going on some fun crazy adventures with his friends. Shane was the funniest uncle, always making his nieces and nephew laugh. He loved those kids like they were his own! He was always there to support them.

Shane touched many lives, everyone who met Shane loved Shane! He brought so much joy to all he met. Shane will be missed by so many!  Shane was met at the gate of heavens on August 8
