Roberta Juanita Hernandez Diaz

Roberta Juanita Hernandez Diaz, 59, was born on September 23, 1963 in Phoenix, Arizona, were she was raised and resided.  Roberta passed from this world on June 27, 2023 and is now reunited with her parents Asencion and Patricia Hernandez along with her two older sisters Theresa and Dorothy Hernandez. Roberta is survived by her husband Isadore Moses Diaz and their children Richard, Patricia, Danial, David and Stephanie Diaz. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Asencion, Dana, Frankie, Tommy, Icess, Isabela, Mia and her brother Rick Hernandez.

A Celebration of Robert’s Life will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 11:00 am at True Vine Church, 3002 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85017.
