Patsy Ann Chodasiewicz

Patsy (Pat) Ann Chodasiewicz passed away peacefully on Thursday July 25, 2024 at home with her loving husband Lawrence by her side. Pat had battled many health challenges recently but is now at peace in the arms of the Lord.

Pat was born in Alton, Illinois on July 18, 1943, with her lifelong love, friend and twin sister Peggy.

Pat received her Registered Nurse certification on September 11, 1974, and worked as a caregiver at various Hospitals and Care facilities in Illinois, California, Arizona and retired as the Director of Nursing at a Chandler AZ skilled nursing facility.

Pat loved shopping with Tammy, her daughter, gatherings on the holidays and just getting together with friends & family.

Pat is survived by her loving husband Lawrence, (Pats first husband and father Jeff Logan passed away 1978), daughter Tammy & husband Lance, son Anthony & wife Peggy and her three beloved grandsons Jeffrey, Brady, Andrew.
