Patrick Lee Ranney

Patrick Lee Ranney, 75, a cherished husband, father, brother and Army veteran, passed away peacefully on August 5th, 2024, leaving a legacy of love and friendship that will forever be remembered. Born with an adventurous spirit, Patrick dedicated his early years to serving his country, embodying values of courage and commitment. After his service, he transitioned into civilian life with the same enthusiasm and dedication, always striving to make a positive impact in his community. 

Patrick was a devoted family man who was deeply loved. He is survived by his wife, Alma, daughter, Amanda, brothers, Michael and Gary, and all his extended family. He filled their lives with joy, laughter, and warmth, often organizing gatherings that brought friends and family together. His outgoing and jovial nature made him a beloved figure among many, always ready with a friendly smile or a helping hand. Whether he was sharing stories, enjoying a hearty laugh, or just engaging in conversations with those around him, Patrick had a unique ability to make everyone feel valued and special. 

A lover of the outdoors, Patrick thrived on sunny days spent by his pool, where he enjoyed soaking up the sun and entertaining guests. His backyard became a sanctuary for friends and family, filled with laughter, good food, and heartwarming conversations. He had a gift for bringing people together, and his gatherings often turned into unforgettable celebrations of life and connection.

Patrick's larger-than-life personality and warm, welcoming nature left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who gathered around him. 

Patrick Lee Ranney will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the love, joy, and kindness he shared with everyone he met. His legacy of friendship, resilience, and devotion to family will continue to inspire those who carry his memory. As we bid farewell to a truly remarkable man, we take solace in knowing that his spirit lives on in the hearts and minds of those he touched, reminding us all to cherish every moment and value the bonds we create in life.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 10:00am at Whitney & Murphy Bueler Mortuary, 14 W. Hulet Drive, Chandler, AZ 85225.
