Patricia Ann Robinson Andersen
1948-2020
Patricia Ann Robinson Andersen returned home on October 23, 2020 after a long fight with dementia. She was 71.
She was born November 16, 1948 in Santa Monica, California. Almost 52 years ago she married Gerald Paul (“Jeep”) Andersen, a larger-than-life farmer with a motor that never quits. Pat provided the grace, dignity, and charm that softened Jeep’s rough edges. She blessed him by helping him become a better man and father—the man he was born to be.
She spent her life on earth bringing people together. Pat did for others what they could not do for themselves—and so many things that they could. She had a quick wit, a big heart, and a keen sense of right and wrong. Her sweet and fun personality drew people near her. She leaves a legacy of nurturing babies, children, and young adults to become their best before God and Country.
She is survived by her husband Jeep; her five children Mark (Julie), Brent, Scott (Tiffany), Robin (Clayton Lee), and Amy (Mark Jones); 24 grandchildren; and seven-and-a-half great grandchildren. She is also survived by four of her siblings Greg, Trudy, Joe, and George. She was preceded in death by—and now joins—her mother and father, Ralph and Jane Robinson, and her big brother Dave. She is lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
There will be a viewing on Monday, November 2, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., after which funeral services will begin. The services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints meetinghouse on 1111 East Knox Road Tempe, Arizona.
