Mary H. Bonner

1942-2019

Maria Helena of Chandler, AZ died on July 18, 2019 of a heart attack and a stroke at the age of 77. Mary

was preceded in death by her father, Miguel Aguilar, her mother, Mary Aguilar, and twin sons. She is

survived by her husband of 57 years Don L. Bonner, her 5 children (Tina Nance (Scott Nance), Darran

Bonner (Rosie Bonner), Danette Bonner, Tara Parsons (Rob Parsons), and Jared Bonner), her 11

grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

Heaven gained a beautiful angel. She taught us how to be strong and how to love someone with all your

heart, how to successfully Goodwill shop, how to be sassy but loving, how to cook all types of food but

especially tamales, how to travel and take in all the experiences, and how to love everyone no matter

where they came from. She will forever be the heart of our family and she will be missed until we see

her again. We will miss her laugh, her dancing, her saying she is ”the boss” (which we never questioned),

and definitely her hugs.
