Lance McClure

Lance McClure, beloved husband to Ellen, father to Carrie (Jaquiery), Marcie, and Andy, grandfather to seven, passed away unexpectedly on January 9, 2025. He was 76. Lance spent his childhood in Tucson, Arizona, graduating from Rincon HS in 1966. He then joined the Navy and served honorably for four years as an aircraft electrician. He married his wife Ellen in 1972 – they were married for 52 years. He graduated from Arizona State University and became an educator. He taught sixth grade at Adams Elementary School in Mesa, AZ for 30 years. Lance touched so many lives and lived his Christian faith every day. He will be missed. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Central Christian Church, 965 E. Germann Road, Gilbert, AZ 85286.
