Kothandaraman Sivasankaran

Kothandaraman Sivasankaran passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 82. He passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Kothandaraman was a man of remarkable integrity, known for his hard work, kindness, and unconditional love. Born in a small village in India, he moved to Chennai as a young man. He built a successful career, retiring as a Senior Statistical Inspector with the state government after 45 years of dedicated service. His honesty, trustworthiness, and meticulous nature made him a trusted figure both at work and in his community.

Alongside his late wife Premavathy, Kothandaraman raised two beautiful, successful daughters who later settled in the United States. He was a devoted husband and father, caring for his wife with great love and compassion until her passing. In his later years, Kothandaraman moved to the U.S. to be with his family, where he embraced the new culture with grace.

He is survived by his daughter, Suganya Sathyan, and was a proud grandfather to Karthik, Rithvik, Nathan, and Nila. Kothandaraman’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will forever cherish his kindness and selflessness.

A Visitation will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Whitney & Murphy Bueler Mortuary, 14 W. Hulet Drive, Chandler, AZ 85225.
