Jonathan Andrew Cantu Jr, ‘Nito’
, age 22, of Chandler, Arizona passed
away Wednesday, Fe
b
ruary 17, 2021. He graduated from Sun Valley High School in 2018. Jonathan was
a man of faith. He always prayed for his family and friends.
He always put others first by asking for prayers
when they were in need.
Jonathan was full of life and laughter, he always made you laugh and smile.
Anyone who knew him felt his uplifting spirit because of his kindness and relentless
giving heart. Jonathan’s bear hugs were unforgettable. You were blessed to receive one. No matter th
e occasion or person Jonathan was always respectful
to everyone he encountered.
Jonathan talked about family and friends wanting there to be unity. He would always say “God is good all the time”, and then he would wait for his siblings to respond with “All the time, God is good”. When you think of Jonathan think of love, love others, be kind always, and always be willing to help someone, do this with all your heart.
Preceded in death by his Grandmother Rosa Toruga Contreras, his Uncle Larry Rascon, his great Grandfather Richard Cantu I, and his Uncle Gabriel Cantu.

ruary 23, 2021 at Bueler Chandler Mortuary, we ask that immediate family
attend
between 4-
5pm and friends and family
attend
between 5-8pm.
The
preservice
viewing will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 10:00am
at The Door Christian Center, followed by services at 11:00.
