JAMES PATRICK WILSON, JR.
72, of Burlington, MA, died Friday April 8 at his second home in Chandler, Arizona of ALS. Jim was born on July 1, 1943 to the late Katherine (McElman) and James Wilson in Winthrop, MA. He attended Littleton High School. He worked in the auto industry his entire life. Initially as an auto body repairman, then as a service writer and service manager. Until 3 months ago he was working for Stoneham Ford delivering cars for their fleet sales department. He recently realized his dream of purchasing a retirement home in Arizona, where he was spending the month of March. He loved the game of golf and was able to enjoy several rounds in the weeks prior to his death. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Virginia (Ginger) Wright; his sister Katherine Fellows, and brother George Wilson; three children, Katherine Powers and her husband Edward, Patrick Wilson, Joseph Wilson and his wife Candice; seven grandchildren, Drew, Brooke, Jill, Amy, Cole, Tyler, Colin; and one great grandson, Aiden. Visitation will be a Bueler Mortuary and Chapel, 14 W. Hulet Drive, Chander, Arizona 85225 on Wednesday April 13, 4:30-6:30, followed by service at 6:30. Family gathering will be planned in Massachusetts at a later date.
