Hortensia Baldenegro

On the morning of August 27

Hortensia Baldenegro lost her battle with Alzheimer’s at the age of 83 in her home in Chandler. With always impeccable timing, her roots ever thriving, she was able to release her fight in the utmost peace and grace. She is strong and whole again in every aspect possible. Her legacy will live strong by all in which whom were fortunate enough to be touched by her.

Hortensia, a loyal dedicated wife and mother, was best in her element when amongst family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, dancing and telling stories. She could always make people laugh or put a smile on your face. She brought joy and laughter to any one individual or group conversation. She was a solid support figure to all she loved.

Hortensia was born to Samuel and Socorro Valenzuela in 1936. In 1958 she married Eduardo Baldenegro and within the 59 years of matrimony together they raised 7 children. She is survived by her brother and sister George and Cecilia. Her children; Ralph, JoAnn, Elizabeth, Mark, Maria, Margaret, Julie, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several cousins.

Services for Hortensia will be on September 16

th

at 6pm. Bueler Chandler Mortuary.
