Frank (Francis) Moore
Frank (Francis) Joseph Moore, of Tempe, Arizona, died Wednesday, September 21, 2022, after suffering a medical emergency at home. He was 62 years old.
He was born May 23, 1960, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the first son of Loretta A. Moore and Richard A. Moore, Sr.
Frank grew up in Michigan (Allen Park and Trenton). He graduated from Trenton High School in 1978. He served in the United States Navy as an electronics technologist and worked in electrical engineering for several companies in Michigan before moving to Arizona to work for Motorola in 1993. He earned an associate degree from Madonna University, a bachelor’s degree in computer and information science from the University of Phoenix and completed additional coursework in radiology technology and physical therapy at Arizona State University.
He married the love and light of his life, Debbie Noble, in November 1993. Together they shared a life of laughter and adventure, calling Tempe, Arizona, home.
Frank was a kind and sensitive soul with a big heart. He loved sports, especially tennis, and was a diehard fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed listening to music and had love for all animals. He will always be remembered as a fun-loving person and a great practical joker.
He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Noble Moore, and their beloved dog, Mia.
Other survivors include his siblings Mary Machowicz (Tim); Kate von Ritter (Richard); Richard Moore (Brenda); Michael Moore (Debra); Jean Diem (Steve), and Monica Moore (David); nieces and nephews Thomas Machowicz, Anna Machowicz, Ursula von Ritter, Emalene Moore, Jackson Moore, Jaden Araujo, Ashley Ndukwu, Jordan Moore, Caleb Moore, and great-grandnephew, Andrew von Ritter. Also surviving is his brother-in-law Christopher Noble (Frank’s “brother from another mother”), his wife Gregoria, their 8 children and their grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta McNertney Moore, his father, Richard A. Moore, Sr., and his sister, Anne Moore.
Frank will be interred at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on North Cave Creek Road November 18, 2022, at 10 a.m.
