Ferrell Henry Catmull

(79), beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away peacefully on May 18, 2022. He was born on September 11, 1942, in Rupert, Idaho to Leah Ellsworth and Ferrell Brunt Catmull. Ferrell was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Mary and Laura, and his son Thayne.

Survivors include his wonderful wife Lynette, his sister Carol and brothers

Brent (Jackie), Kay (Sheila), Kurt (Terril), and Mark (Tammy). Also, his kids Bart (Jana), Kelvin (Kristin), Jill (Michael) Bluse, Heather (Marshall) Leeper, Kimberli (Michael) Douglas, Holly (Mark) Stearns, and Ty (Kirsten), and 28 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in various stake and ward callings as well as being a temple worker in the Mesa and Gilbert Arizona LDS temples.

While he retired as a bookkeeper, he was a consummate entrepreneur who had fine furniture stores, and a garden center, and sold insurance during his lifetime. He enjoyed fixing furniture and one of his most cherished church callings was refinishing the furniture in the Gilbert Arizona LDS Temple. He loved spending time with family and supporting his children and adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was an avid storyteller and author of four books. Services will be held

at the McQueen 1st Ward building,

from 6-8 pm on May 27th

with a short Visitation occurring

at 9 a.m

prior to the funeral services. Interment will follow at the City of Mesa Cemetery,
