David Frederick Neuman (64) passed away at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 4
th
, 2023.
“He was a quiet and humble man who loved his friends & family (both blood & blue). He was a consummate professional who believed in service to his community; while his life outside the uniform involved his love of family, coaching and playing sports, spending time in Rocky Point, MX and being Dad & Papa to our daughters, their beautiful children and our sweet beagles.
Only Dave could choose such a Celebration of Life as the fireworks and sparklers lit the night sky. A day of freedom for our country and also for his own Spirit, that was truly exhausted from fighting his disease.
Our lives came full circle as our girls and I were so honored to be with him as he transitioned to his next calling. We will forever be grateful for the man you still called ‘Chief’ and I called husband and friend. Vaya Con Dios Mi Amor
.”
