, 30 of Fort Thomas, Arizona passed away on August 10, 2017, Alex was born on December 24, 1986
in Phoenix, Arizona. He is survived by his parents Daniel Ayers & Sherrill Riggs Sumrall, sisters April Merrell (Jared) and Roxi Sumrall (Judah), He is preceded in death by his brothers Daniel, Billy Lyle and sister Autumn Sumrall. He leaves many family members & friends behind. He was active in 4-H, soccer, church and scouting. He loved the outdoors, hiking, camping , hunting & fishing. He loved people and they loved him. His last job was at Phoenix Sky Harbor as luggage handler. He enjoyed loading and unloading the big planes. He was an example to so many because his motto was “I Can Do It.” A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Bueler Mortuary, 14 W. Hulet Drive, Chandler, Arizona 85225.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 10:00 am with a visitation 1 hr prior at 9:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Greenfield Stake, 21320 S. Greenfield Road, Gilbert, Arizona 85296. Followed by graveside service at Valley of the Sun Cemetery.
