I met Ken several times. What a kind man he was. I was so saddened to hear about his passing. I will always enjoy him on the Lawrence Welk show. Rest in peace Ken.

It’s 2-6-21 and my husband and I just watched Lawrence Welk as we try to do every week. The memories of Ken and the others are sweet. I always thought he was so handsome and funny and we had the opportunity and pleasure to meet he and his wife at a small Christmas party where my husband was also involved in cardio-rehab . Mrs. Delo was so gracious and elegant. During that time I remember he mentioned she was a ballerina. During that get-together I asked if he would sing the ‘Welk’ theme song with me and he did; that was special moment for me. He told stories and was so full of life. I think we gave him a copy of one of my Christian CDs without expecting anything in return. He went to his car and gave us one of his. We still enjoy it. It seems he went so young. You are still missed sir. In Christ’s Love and Grace
