Born on December 13, 1950 to Walter and Alice Kendall and was an Arizona native who was born at what is now referred to as Banner Good Samaritan Health Center.
While growing up in the Phoenix area she attended Grandview School then later Central High School and Phoenix Union High School.
When she married David Page, they resided in Flagstaff, AZ and her son Isaac was born in 1975.
There will not be formal services only private services by the family.
