, 76 of Chandler, Arizona passed from this life Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at the Chandler Regional Hospital in Chandler, Arizona. Hal was born on Tuesday, December 29, 1942. He was the son of the late Harvey L. and Dimple L. Qualls. He was a member of the Chandler Church of Christ in Chandler, Arizona, and was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps., Hal attended Wayne University where he received his Bachelor’s degree and then worked for Hadley Auto Transports in L.A. California. Harold is survived by his wife Eva Qualls, 1 Brother and Sister-in-law: Hubert and Ann Qualls of Cookeville, TN, 1 Sister and Brother-in-law: Mildred and Jimmy Kirk of Fraser, MI, 3 Nieces and Spouses: Mitzi and Steve Edwards of Chattanooga, TN, Glenda and Larry Bates of Lenoir City, TN, Michelle Kirk of Fraser, MI, Stepchildren and Spouses: Jessica and Javier Lopez Robert and Nicole Espinoza, several Grandchildren and his Best Friend his dog Kramer.

Funeral services for Harold will be held Monday, September 23, 2019 beginning at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Edwards and Bro. Larry Bates officiating. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Cookeville, Tennessee. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, from 11:00 AM to time of service at 2:00 PM.
