Franklin Junior Rowe passed away at his Gilbert home surrounded by his loving family.
Franklin was born in Black Oak, Arkansas to Curtis and Sybil Rowe. At the age of 13 his family moved to Arizona where Franklin lived out his life in Gilbert.

He enjoyed wood working, taking care of his yard, landscaping, fishing with his friends and grandchildren, and his daily 5 am five-mile walks or bicycling throughout Gilbert.
He is survived by his children Suzette Foshee, Deborah Rowe, Frank Rowe (Bradley), and Johnny Rowe (Elizabeth); six grandchildren, Brian (Johna), Evan, Tyler (Margaret), Brennon, Jadan, and Alexandra; five great-grandchildren, Kyle (Jordin), Jeremy, Brianna, Roman, Emma, and two great-great grandchildren, Alexis, and Remi.
His infectious laugh will be missed by many.
