, age 76, Chandler, AZ. Born in Rexburg, Idaho on January 27, 1942, the oldest of three boys born to Leroy and Janice Cushing He is survived by his wife Evelyn of 45 years. Also survived by twin brothers Bill (Jackie) Cushing and Bob (Becky) Cushing, step children Rick Hamm and Jodi McAbee, step grandchildren Tye Wagner, Cody Wagner, Eric Hamm, Katie Hamm and Alex Hamm, and step great granddaughers Mia Katheryn Wagner and Kennedy Evelyn Wagner. Rich attended the University of Utah and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. degree. He served in the Air Force in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. He has lived in Arizona since 1967 in various small towns and in the Valley for the past 27 years. He retired in 2009 from the IT department at Banner Hospital.
