Ramon Lopez

Ramon Lopez, of Chandler, Arizona peacefully passed away at the age of 83 on Monday July 27, 2020, surrounded by family.

Ramon was born in Brownsville, Texas on March 19, 1937. He later moved to Chandler, Arizona with his mother and siblings.

Ramon has always been a hard working man, he always had to keep busy. You could always find him in the front yard fixing something or in the backyard picking up. When he wasn’t doing that you could find him sitting outside reading the newspaper or people watching. He was also a source of knowledge, and always had the most current news.

Ramon is survived by his wife of 56 years Rafila Lopez. Children: Alejandro, Esperanza, Arturo (Andrea), Beronica (Jason), Ramon Jr (Jill), Enquire (Laura), Rodolfo (Deanna), Fernando (Erin). Grandchildren: Veronica “ChaCha” (Matthew), Matea, Andrew (Kaley), Paula (Armando), Tonee (Kevin), Alexis, Christopher, Teresa “Chiqui”, Jiovany, Estivan, Victoria, Christian, Gavin and Rose. Great-grandchildren: Xzavier, Annabelle, Tessa, Thomas, Emma, Matilda and Luke.

Our tata will forever be remembered as the quiet, gentle, loving hard-working man that has taught us all many lessons and taught all of us to be hard workers. We thank you and love you for everything you have done for us.

Services will be held Tuesday August 4th 2020 at St Mary’s Cathloic Church. Viewing at 10:00 am and Church service at 10:30 am. Following Cemetery Services at Mesa Cemetery 1212 N Center St Mesa Az 85201

Due to Covid-19 there will be no reception to follow.
