, 41, passed away June 2, 2017 at 11:37a.m. at Good Samaritan in Phoenix, AZ. Born and raised in Chandler, he was the son of Louis and Bertha Marquez. He attended Erie Elementary, Andersen Jr. High and graduated in 1994 from Chandler High.
He was employed at Micro Chip for several years before leaving to help run the family owned Dairy Queen in Chandler. After the family sold the store, his passion for cars lead him to become a salesman at the Chandler Earnhardt dealership.
Anthony was a beloved member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He loved fishing, camping, all things sports, and traveling with family and friends. He loved his Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, always wearing that team gear!
He will be remembered for his one of a kind personality, loving and kind heart and just funny ways.. Famous last word.. GET!
He was survived by his parents Louis O. Marquez, Bertha Dominguez Marquez. His brother Louis O. Marquez Jr. And his nephew/godson Damion Anthony Marquez.
The funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 9:30a.m. first a rosary then a mass at 10:30a.m. @ St Mary’s Catholic Church. 230 W. Galveston St. Chandler, AZ 85225. Following the mass a reception will be held at The Knights of Columbus, 644 E. Chandler Blvd. Chandler, AZ 85225.
