, age 49, passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2019 in Mesa, AZ.  He was born October 30, 1969 in Lock Haven, PA to Kenneth M. and Pamela (Kingery) Bell.  Ken grew up in Woolrich, PA before moving to Lakeland, FL in his teen years.  He graduated from Lakeland Senior High School in Lakeland, FL in 1989.  After living in Charlotte, NC for a few years after graduation, he then headed west to Chandler, AZ.  He worked in retail automotive parts management and worked for the past 12 years at Turbine Aero Engine Technics in Tempe, AZ.

It was in Chandler where he met the love of his life, Carmen Contreras Bell.  They married on Sept. 14, 2012.  They welcomed their son, Antionio Xavier on February 3, 2015.  Ken’s lifelong dream to have a family and he was a devoted father and husband.  He doted on Carmen and was so very proud of his son – his family was the most important part of his life.  He lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, time with family and friends, a good burger, baking, and loved all things car and motorcycle related – especially classic muscle cars. His knowledge of engines, years, body styles from classics to modern day was incredible and he loved going to classic car shows.

Ken is survived by his wife, Carmen Contreras Bell and son, Antonio Xavier Bell of Mesa; his parents, Kenneth and Pamela Bell of Lakeland, FL; his sister, Pamela (Marty) Cook; his step children Erika Diaz and David Diaz; his nieces, Liz Myers and Robyn Myers and many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.

Family and friends are invited to Bueler Mortuary, 14 W. Hulet Road, Chandler, AZ from 6 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, March 19
