Jay Michael O’Gorman

In Loving Memory

Our beloved Jay Michael O’Gorman passed away suddenly on August 24th, 2018 at the age of 41 years old in Queen Creek, Arizona.

Jay was a beautiful spirit. He was passionate about his family and friends. Jay enjoyed being with family, friends, fishing, hunting, bowling, golfing, and taxidermy.  His wonderful sense of humor was a gift to us all. We are all so very heartbroken without him with us. The outpouring of love and condolences has been truly comforting to his family.

Jay’s legacy will live on with us through the love of his life Deana (Reihe) O’Gorman, sons Kian and Urijah and his “baby girl” Alana, brother Carl (Latrice) O’Gorman, nephews Jaden, Avery, Elijah, his sister Amanda O’Gorman, his mother Pam (Pat) Leisure, father Pat (Nylaine) O’Gorman, his maternal grandmother Shirley Gentry as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

You will forever live in our hearts Jay Michael.

In lieu of flowers any chosen memorial will be dedicated to his children’s education fund and can be sent to the following:
