, 26, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. He was born in Mesa , AZ to Ric and Trudi Grassmick on October 30, 1989. He lived in Chandler, AZ with his parents and older brother Eric. He was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy when he was 18 months old. Although disabled, he attended school and graduated from McClintock High School in Tempe, Az in 2010. Graeme grew into a sweet , kind and caring young man, He loved playing video games, watching Anime, surfing the Net and admiring pretty young ladies. He is survived and will be greatly missed by his parents, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
