Eulene Fuentes

Eulene Fuentes

It is with an aching heart that we let our friends and family know that Eulene Fuentes has passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. After enduring months of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery from colon cancer, her body and spirit was left fragile and weak.

Many know Eulene as constant cheerleader at her grandson’s sports games, an avid BINGO player and partner in crime to the travels with Henry Sr. A soon-to-be Great Grandmother, she always made herself available for her family; we will sorely miss her bright smile and compassionate heart.

Funeral services have been scheduled for Friday, November 2nd, 2018 at 1:00pm. Please join the Fuentes family and close friends as we prepare final farewells at the Bueler Mortuary and Chapel (14 W. Hulet Drive, Chandler, Arizona 85225).

Eulene is survived by her husband Henry Senior after 44 years of marriage, their four children; Suzi Ojeda (married to Steve Ojeda, daughters Gabrielle and Sidney Ojeda), Henry Fuentes Jr. (married to Brittany Fuentes, daughter Chelsea, sons Zy and Zander Fuentes), Ricky Fuentes (married to Allison Fuentes, daughter Alexandra Fuentes) and Mercedes Fuentes.

“May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Mrs. Fuentes you were always the crowd’s biggest supporter at all of our softball games. I don’t think I ever didn’t see you with your chair behind the back stop somewhere and that was something that I know I’ll always cherish the memory of. Even if my own parents never came, at least there were people who were always there. I’m sorry you left us, but I’m glad you’re not in a place of suffering and hurt anymore. You were truly an icon of the mother I once wished I had. Thank you for always welcoming me into your home and feeding me while I was growing up and a lost child. You never seemed to pass judgement on me and accepted my horrible jokes as they were. Im thankful for the memories and I hope that you Rest In Peace. You’re sure going to be missed here although I know your legacy lives on. You’ve raised a beautiful family and through them and many others, you’ll always be remembered.

With all my love and respect,

    Josi Suryanata

Dear family and loved ones, I was sorry to read about the death of Mrs. Fuentes. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. It has helped me and many others to know that the Bible promises that soon God “will swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8) and that He will bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones (John 5 : 28, 29) . May “the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort,” comfort you during your time of sadness (2 Corinthians 1: 3).
