Carrie Ingram Palmer
Beloved Daughter, Mother and Sister
January 31, 1974 – December 6, 2016
“The Lord gave and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord”
Job 1:21
Carrie was born in Fort Belvoir, Virginia to Christa Forner Ingram and Otis Rea Ingram and is the youngest of four children. She is survived by her parents, her siblings, Cheryl Weibel, Candi Newton, Curtis Ingram and by her children Gavin South, Bryce Palmer and Megan Palmer. Carrie was a sensitive soul who was always aware of and concerned about the welfare of others. It was this sensitivity that made her such a caring and loving daughter, wife, sister, mother and friend. Those who were lucky enough to be in her circle of influence soon recognized her great capacity for love and empathy. She would often joke that she was “a delicate flower” and we know that this was true. Our “delicate flower” will be missed greatly. We gain comfort in knowing that she is finally free from the worries and pain that this life has caused her. While our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we are comforted by the knowledge that she is now in God’s tender care. We love you Carrie!
The Family will be having an open house Memorial at the Newton Home Friday, December 16, 2016 from 6-9pm
